2. Booking and Cancellation
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once full or partial payment (if
applicable) is received, or when Pixogaze sends a booking confirmation via email or other communication
channels.
- Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Pixogaze at
least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked session, subject to availability, by
providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is offered without additional charges within the
specified time frame.
3. Use of Images
- Client Use: The images captured by Pixogaze are provided for your personal use, and any
commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
- Pixogaze Use: Pixogaze may use the photos captured for portfolio purposes, including on
the website and social media, with the client’s consent. You will be notified and given an option to
decline the usage.
4. Payment and Fees
- Pricing: The pricing for services is provided at the time of booking. Pixogaze reserves
the right to modify pricing without prior notice for future bookings.
- Payment Methods: We accept online payments through secure third-party payment
processors. Full payment is due before the delivery of final images unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Service Delivery
- Photoshoot Services: Pixogaze will provide photoshoot services as per the agreed terms
and schedule. Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for the session. Delays on the client’s part
may result in reduced session time or additional charges.
- Image Delivery: The final edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed
timeframe. Any additional editing requests after delivery may incur extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Pixogaze website, including images, text, and logos, are the property of Pixogaze
or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or
distribution of this content without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pixogaze is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the
use of our services or website. While we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of our services,
Pixogaze does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and is not liable for any data loss or
technical issues.
